gluten-free fritters - red pepper,chickpea,buckwheat(paprika,kichererbsen,buchweizen)














ingredients (zutaten)


- 280g cooked chickpeas (gekochte kichererbsen)

- 200g cooked buckwheat (gekochte buchweizen)

- 1 diced red bell pepper (gewürfelte rote paprika)

- 1 tablespoon linseed (leinsamen)

- 5 tablespoon oats (haferflocken)

- 1 teaspoon himalaya salt (himalaya salz)

- 1 tablespoon curry powder (curry gewürz)

- 1 tablespoon gram flour (kichererbsenmehl)


direction (anleitung)


- mash the chickpeas roughly  
  (die kichererbsen grob zerdrücken)

- mix all ingredients 
  (alle zutaten miteinander vermischen)

- shape into patties  
  (bratlinge formen)

- fry until crisp and golden  
  (knusprig und goldgelb anbraten)
